Je'daii Order

A community of Force-sensitives that formed on the planet Tython in the Deep Core after pilgrims from various worlds were brought there. The newcomers realized that the planet was unusually strong in the Force and became known as Tythans.

The order's teachings were based on balance between light and darkness, which was reflected in the planet's two moons, the light Ashla and the dark Bogan. Disturbances of the balance produced Force storms that were dangerous to the inhabitants. Members of the order lived and trained in temples scattered across the planet.

During the reign of Queen Hadiya of Shikaakwa, the order withstood an invasion by her Despot Army. Later the community was shaken by a schism that escalated into an internecine war, the first clash between followers of the light and the darkness. The adherents of the dark side were defeated, and some of the survivors left Tython and settled on Ossus, where in time they became part of the Galactic Republic as the Jedi Order.
