Profile
A galactic coalition created by Thrackan Sal-Solo and led by Corellia. It fought the Galactic Federation of Free Alliances in the Second Galactic Civil War, calling itself a force of freedom fighters. After its defeat it survived as an independent state and became one of the three major powers of the galaxy.

Description
A galactic union also known as the Corellian Confederation. It was created by Thrackan Sal-Solo and was led by Corellia.
The Confederation fought the Galactic Alliance in the Second Galactic Civil War from 40 ABY until at least 43 ABY. Its supporters presented themselves as freedom fighters against a vice-ridden Alliance, while their opponents called them terrorists.
The union was defeated by the Alliance and forced to surrender in the last battle of the war, the battle at Uroro Station. After the death of Darth Caedus, the Confederation took part in the negotiations proposed by the Jedi Coalition, and after the end of the war it remained an independent state and became one of the three main powers of the galaxy, alongside the Galactic Alliance and the Imperial Remnant.
