Tenel Ka Djo

Tenel Ka trained at Luke Skywalker's Jedi academy together with Jacen and Jaina Solo, Lowbacca, Zekk, and Raynar. A training accident cost her an arm and sharply changed her relationship with Jacen, who until then had hoped for more than friendship. Her lightsaber, adorned with rainbow gems, was considered one of the most valuable of all Jedi blades. After the defeat of Black Sun, she and her companions completed their training.

In the war with the Yuuzhan Vong, she fought side by side with her old friends and with Anakin Solo and Tahiri Veila. Having taken the throne of the Hapes Consortium as Queen Mother, in 28 ABY she led a squadron of Hapan ships to the aid of Jaina Solo during the attack on the Supreme Overlord's fleet.

In 40 ABY, Tenel Ka and her daughter Allana were marked for death by conspirators seeking power over the Consortium. Jacen Solo, who had already gone over to the dark side, refused to kill them despite the arguments of his teacher Lumiya.
