Rhen Var

Rhen Var is a planet lying near the Tion Cluster in the Outer Rim and belonging to the former Tania worlds. It was the first planet of the Tobali system.

Throughout the history of the Republic, the surface of Rhen Var remained locked in ice, which made the world almost uninhabitable: no permanent settlements arose here, and the rare visitors faced frost and snowy wastelands.

Beneath the planet's ice, traces of a vanished civilization survived: ruins of buildings and ancient objects connected with the Jedi. The isolation and harshness of Rhen Var made it a place of voluntary exile for those who sought a break with their former lives; Ulic Qel-Droma withdrew here.
