Nom Anor

Nom Anor belonged to the Anor domain of the intendant caste and was sent to a foreign galaxy as a scout and saboteur long before the invasion. Operating from the Unknown Regions, he gathered information, studied the future theater of operations, and destabilized the situation, stirring up conflicts that would make his kin's task easier. Among other things, he influenced the Imperial Ruling Council and contributed to its downfall.

By 25 ABY Anor held the rank of executor and joined the Praetorite Vong of his caste, who became the vanguard of the invasion; their offensive failed at Helska IV. He helped found the Peace Brigade, an organization that assisted the invaders throughout the war, and then grew close to the warrior caste and took part in preparing an assassination attempt on the Jedi of the New Order, which failed in the Bilbringi system.

Later Anor established ties with the Hutts and, through their double-dealing, convinced the New Republic that the blow was being prepared against Corellia, while the real target was the Fondor shipyards. The victory won through this ruse was negated by a salvo from Centerpoint Station that destroyed a significant part of both fleets.
