Enric Pryde

A native of the planet Alsakan, Pryde was born in the twilight of the Galactic Republic and grew up under the Galactic Empire. As a young naval officer he saw Darth Vader in action; he later commanded a battle group and the Star Destroyer Steadfast, whose name he subsequently gave to his flagship in the First Order.

After the Galactic Civil War, Pryde, along with other Imperial officers, aristocrats, and technicians, departed into the Unknown Regions and joined the remnant being assembled by Grand Admiral Rae Sloane. He rose to the rank of high colonel and, under the call sign Steadfast, maintained covert ties with the Corporate Sector Authority, which was secretly financing the Imperials. Through this channel he supplied the hunter Ochi of Bestoon with a squad and planted a beacon on the ship of the family Ochi was tracking.

In the First Order, Pryde remained a secret agent of the revived Darth Sidious and one of the few who were informed of his return. Kylo Ren promoted him as a counterweight to General Armitage Hux, and Sidious entrusted Pryde with command of the Final Order, a fleet of Xyston-class Star Destroyers from Exegol.
