Murder of Master Indara on Ueda
In a noodle shop on the planet Ueda, the assassin Mae-ho Aniseya killed Jedi Master Indara, prompting the Order to open an investigation.
Description
Master Indara was the first of the four Jedi whom the assassin Mae-ho Aniseya held responsible for the destruction of her coven and intended to kill. The attack took place on the planet Ueda, in the Lomi Uski noodle shop, where Indara had come as an ordinary customer. The fight was conducted mostly hand to hand and escalated into a clash between the assassin and the establishment's patrons. Unable to defeat the Jedi in a straight fight, Mae-ho resorted to a trick: she threatened the life of the owner, Kabak, and while Indara was distracted saving him, she struck a fatal blow. The murder of a Master in the middle of a peaceful city shocked the Order and forced it to open an investigation, which was entrusted to Master Sol. By mistake, the attacker's twin sister, Verosha Aniseya, was accused of the murder and arrested, having been deemed guilty because of their physical resemblance; this mistake drew her into the subsequent events and determined the course of the entire case.
