Sabotage by Omega Squad on Qiilura

Three months after the start of the Clone Wars, Republic Intelligence sent the newly formed Omega Squad — four clone commandos: Niner, Darman, Fi, and Atin — to the Separatist-held Qiilura. Their task was to disrupt the development of a nanovirus capable of killing clones and to capture Doctor Ovolot Qail Uthan, who was directing the work. By that time, Padawan Etain Tur-Mukan was already active on the planet; her master, Kast Fulier, had been captured and killed. During the landing, Darman became separated from his comrades and met Etain, while the others, evading manhunts, received help from the Gurlanin Jinart, who became the liaison between the scattered groups. Niner, Atin, and Fi seized explosives at a mining facility and destroyed the communications hub in Teklet, depriving the enemy of command and control and restoring communications within the squad. Reunited, the commandos stormed the laboratory and captured Uthan, although Atin was seriously wounded during the withdrawal. The squad was evacuated, while Etain remained on the planet to train the locals in guerrilla warfare.
