Sylvar

Sylvar trained under Master Vodo-Siosk Baas together with Exar Kun, and when Kun left his teacher to become a Dark Lord of the Sith, she was drawn into the Great Sith War on the side of the Order and the Republic. On Deneba she rescued the young Vima Sunrider from a Krath battle droid, and then, together with Dace Diath, repelled attacks by basilisks, covering her comrades.

She was on Coruscant during the trial of Ulic Qel-Droma and was harsher toward him than Nomi Sunrider and the defendant's brother Cay were. After the trial Sylvar accompanied Sunrider and her daughter to Ambria to see Master Thon, where she confronted her companion Crado, who had gone over to the Sith.

At the gathering at Exis Station she steered the Jedi's discussion toward the question of Qel-Droma's fate; later she returned to her native Cathar, and then set out for Rhen Var to execute the former Sith. Qel-Droma deactivated his saber and did not defend himself, and Sylvar could not bring herself to strike an unarmed man; he was shot by the pilot Hoggon, who hoped for glory.
