Description
Proxima sold Qi'ra to the slaver Sarkin Enneb, who in turn sold her to Dryden Vos, the public face of the Crimson Dawn syndicate. Vos saw potential in her and trained her personally, and then gave her a chance for revenge: by killing Enneb, she earned the right to join the organization and quickly rose to become Vos's trusted aide, receiving the syndicate's brand on her forearm and neck.
In 10 BBY she met Han Solo again on Vandor and went with him after the coaxium, recommending the ship of the smuggler Lando Calrissian. When the job failed, she returned to Vos, but betrayed and killed him to save Solo. Her new master became Maul, who explained to her the true nature of Imperial power: both the Emperor and Vader were Sith, and the Empire was merely a front.
Between 3 and 4 ABY, the syndicate was revived, now under her leadership. She stole Solo, frozen in carbonite, from Boba Fett as bait, set the Empire against the Hutts, and lured the Emperor and Vader into a trap, but the Knights of Ren betrayed her, and Crimson Dawn collapsed. Leaving its affairs to the young Kadelia, Qi'ra disappeared.
