Xesh crashes on Tython

Around 25,793 BBY, the Je'daii Order knew neither of the existence of galactic powers beyond the Tython system nor of the Infinite Empire of the Rakata. The Empire, meanwhile, was already searching for the Gate of Infinity, which was rumored to be on Tython, and was sending out Force Hounds, Force-sensitive slaves who served the Predors, to scout. One such scout was Xesh, who bore on his face a tattoo in the shape of a letter of the Aurebesh alphabet. His ship crashed on Tython, and with him a weapon that the Hounds themselves called forcesabers, blades created from the dark side of the Force, arrived on the planet for the first time. The mark on the stranger's face became his name among the Je'daii. Xesh's appearance shattered the Order's belief that it was alone in the galaxy: from him they learned that beyond the system there existed an empire that many called the Builders, and that it brought only destruction. Knowledge of forcesabers soon led to a schism within the Order itself, and the Infinite Empire, under Predor Skal'nas, did indeed invade the Tython system.
