Rio Durant

Rio Durant was an Ardennian, a native of Ardennia and a member of a four-armed species, and served as a pilot in Tobias Beckett's gang. He flew the ship during jobs on Cato Neimoidia and Hovun IV, where, in a game of sabacc, he played along with Beckett, who was posing as a death priest, in order to scare off the other players.

Around 10 BBY, the gang undertook to steal Imperial coaxium from a conveyex on Vandor. Durant lifted off the ship and was supposed to take the cargo onto the sling, but during the landing on the train he was wounded by one of the Cloud-Riders, and he died on board next to Han Solo.

Val was also killed in the same job, and the cargo was lost. Left without a crew, Beckett continued working for Crimson Dawn, now with Solo and Chewbacca.
