Fate of the Jedi: Apocalypse

Apocalypse is a novel by Troy Denning, released on March 13, 2012; the paperback edition appeared on January 29, 2013. The book belongs to Star Wars Legends and is the ninth and final volume of the Fate of the Jedi cycle, which opened with Aaron Allston's novel Outcast.

The novel concludes the cycle's storylines: the confrontation between the Jedi Order, the Sith, and the entity known as Abeloth comes to a resolution, with Coruscant as the setting. The central figures include Luke Skywalker and the Jedi of his generation.

The book became one of the late works of the Expanded Universe: Fate of the Jedi was the last major multivolume cycle about the heirs of the classic trilogy's heroes. The edition includes previews of the novels X-Wing: Mercy Kill and Scourge. The audio version is read by Marc Thompson.
