The ninth planet of the Tython system, a gas giant with three moons settled during the Second Migration. Together with the neighboring gas giant Mawr, the Tythans called them “the Giants”. Gas extraction operations worked in the planet's atmosphere, and the workers lived on its moons, one of which, Zirist, was known for its volcanic activity. During the invasion of the Tython system, the Infinite Empire seized Obri and its moons and held them until it was driven out of the system.

Description
The ninth planet of the Tython system in the Deep Core region, a gas giant orbited by three moons.
Together with the neighboring gas giant Mawr, the planet was called “the Giants”: that was how the settlers of the Tython system referred to them. More than thirty-six thousand years before the Battle of Yavin, natives of Tython who were not Force-sensitive settled the moons of Obri. This happened in the course of the settlement of the system, which began with Kalimahr, continued on Shikaakwa and forested Ska Gora, and reached the moons of both gas giants and the outermost planet, Furies Gate.
By 25,793 BBY, gas mining stations had been set up in the atmosphere of the planet itself.
